Job summary

Seatrium Ltd. is seeking a Project Planner to develop and manage detailed construction plans for EPCC projects from tender to execution.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, conducting site surveys, and planning manpower and equipment to meet schedule targets. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in marine/offshore construction planning, experience with design-build at-risk delivery, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office to support progress reporting and project

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in marine/engineering/electrical/mechanical required.
3–5 years in construction planning in marine/offshore industries.
Experience with design-build and at-risk delivery methods.
Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed construction plans and schedules for EPCC projects from tender through execution.
Conduct site surveys and plan manpower and equipment needs.
Lead schedule performance analyses using earned value management and critical path methods.
Prepare reporting tools (e.g., Gantt charts) and maintain schedule updates.
Coordinate progress tracking across multiple projects and liaise with cross-functional teams.
