Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive production efficiency and capacity optimization in manufacturing.
• Support software and automation aspects of manufacturing projects.
• Lead and support continuous improvement using Lean methods.
• Provide guidance and training on Lean principles.
• Analyse production demand and capacity to identify gaps.
• Support line balancing and process optimization to improve throughput.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and boost productivity.
• Apply Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and standardised work.
• Analyse production data to identify trends and improvements.
• Support NPI and process changes from capacity/production readiness perspective.
