Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-4 years of related experience.

• Ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain methods, operating sequences, and processes for fabrication of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies
• Collaborate with engineering to release product improvements and new products
• Estimate and reduce manufacturing costs, improve product quality using engineering principles
• Determine time standards and advise on tooling and process requirements
• Develop and use test procedures, assess work methods, and policies
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions; perform FMEA when needed
