Job summary

FINITI PARTNERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Lean Manufacturing professional to drive production efficiency and capacity optimization. You will support software and automation aspects of manufacturing projects, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across production lines.

You will guide production teams on Lean principles, analyze demand and capacity, and help balance lines to improve throughput. A manufacturing background is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years experience in programming or software systems for manufacturing, industrial engineering, production engineering, or Lean Manufacturing.
• Good understanding of takt time, capacity planning, line balancing, and production optimization.
• Manufacturing background required

Responsibilities

• Drive production efficiency and capacity optimization in a manufacturing environment.
• Support software and automation aspects of manufacturing projects through programming and optimization of equipment.
• Lead and support continuous improvement projects using Lean methodologies.
• Provide guidance and training to production teams on Lean principles.
• Analyze production demand and capacity to identify gaps and constraints.
• Support line balancing and process optimization to improve throughput and reduce bottlenecks.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Apply Lean tools such as Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and standardised work.
• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support new product introduction and process changes from capacity and production readiness perspectives.
