Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support technicians on new programmes and enhancements. You will test and analyze processes, drive productivity improvements, and develop JIS and NC programs using Siemens NX.

You will guide junior engineers and ensure robust documentation and procedures are in place. The role requires hands-on experience with CNC 5-axis machines, GD&T interpretation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-precision manufacturing

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Materials Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma.
• Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM applications and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support and advice to Manufacturing Technicians on new programmes and ongoing enhancements.
• Develop and conduct tests to enhance manufacturing processes and analyze test data.
• Initiate productivity improvement activities including equipment and fixture selection.
• Resolve technical issues from internal and external feedback.
• Prepare CAPEX justifications for equipment and improvements.
• Coach and guide junior engineers.
• Establish manufacturing procedures and maintain documentation control.
• Develop new JIS, NC programmes and tool/gauge plans using Siemens NX.
• Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing systems and processes.
• Participate in company-wide productivity and quality improvement programmes.
