Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to design and optimize production sequences, develop solid models, and prepare CNC programs in a precision manufacturing environment in Singapore.

You will create tooling, fixtures, and gauges, support special processes, and lead pilot runs with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. Prior CAD experience and knowledge of heat treatment/welding processes are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Min Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Aeronautical/Material Engineering.
• Min 3 years’ experience in precision engineering in Manufacturing Environment with competent with CAD software;
• Experience in special processes such as Heat Treatment, Brazing, EDM, Shotpeening and Welding will be advantage

Responsibilities

• Create manufacturing process sequence from receipt of raw materials to finished parts shipment.
• Develop new processes with solid modeling and create/update work instructions per engineering drawings and specifications.
• Create CNC code/program for machining and design tooling, fixtures and gauges.
• Oversee special processes such as Heat Treatment, Brazing, EDM, Shotpeening and Welding.
• Conduct pre-production pilot runs and training for associates.
• Provide technical support to Production to meet technical and quality requirements.
• Liaise with OEM on product requirements, process qualifications and technology development.
• Support continuous improvement projects and RFQ proposal development and process
