Job summary

RTX in Singapore seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to establish procedures, document control, and drive productivity improvements. You will develop JIS, NC programs, gauge plans, and lead CAPEX justifications while collaborating across functions.

Require 3+ years in manufacturing, strong Lean/Six Sigma, CNC/Milling expertise, and CAD/CAM proficiency. This on-site role offers growth in quality and efficiency with global exposure.

Qualifications

• Degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Precision, Manufacturing, Material)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma
• Competent in Unigraphics and/or other CAD/CAM applications

Responsibilities

• Establish manufacturing procedures and proper documentation control.
• Build new Manufacturing Job Instruction Sheets (JIS), NC program, and/Gauge plan with Siemens NX.
• Initiate productivity improvement activities including equipment/fixture selection, design and deployment.
• Resolve technical issues relating to internal and external customers' feedback.
• Perform feasibility studies in the manufacturing capacity improvement, layout improvements and expansion.
• Initiate continuous improvement activities to existing manufacturing system and its related processes.
• Participate actively in company-wide productivity and quality programs.
• Put up justification for capital expenditure (CAPEX).

• Team player and able to work closely with other teams on cross-functional projects.


• Competent in Unigraphics and/or other CAD/CAM applications.


• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.


• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal related skills.
