What You Will Do

• Establish manufacturing procedures and proper documentation control.
• Build new Manufacturing Job Instruction Sheets (JIS), NC program, and/or Gauge plan with Siemens NX.
• Initiate productivity improvement activities including equipment/fixture selection, design and deployment.
• Resolve technical issues relating to internal and external customers' feedback.
• Perform feasibility studies in manufacturing capacity improvement, layout improvements and expansion.
• Initiate continuous improvement activities to existing manufacturing system and related processes.
• Participate actively in company-wide productivity and quality programs.
• Put up justification for capital expenditure (CAPEX).

Qualifications You Must Have

• Minimum Education required: Degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Precision, Manufacturing, Material).
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Strong understanding and hands‑on skill with precision machining tools (CNC 5‑Axis, lathe, milling, etc.).
• Team player able to work closely with other teams on cross‑functional projects.
• Competent in Unigraphics and/or other CAD/CAM applications.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
