Job summary

Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore invites applications for a senior role overseeing the Wastewater Treatment Plant project at SFTG and the Spatial Transformation Project for the Singapore Aviation Academy. You will manage end-to-end planning, procurement, implementation and readiness, coordinating with consultants, contractors and authorities to ensure safety, schedule and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Trained in Engineering, Architecture, Building, Facilities Management, Project Management or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in drafting tender specifications, managing procurement exercises and administering contracts.
• Experience with government procurement rules and tendering via the GeBIZ system will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, procurement, implementation and handover of WWTP project and AV works.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions, approvals and stakeholder engagements.
• Manage consultants, contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance with requirements.
• Develop budgets, schedules, risk registers and governance for projects.
