Senior Project Lead — WWTP & AV Transformation

Job summary

Public Service Division seeks an experienced engineer to lead end-to-end delivery of the Wastewater Treatment Plant project at the Selarang Fire Training Ground and the AV fit-out for the SAA Spatial Transformation Project.

You will manage procurement, design, installation, testing, commissioning and handover while coordinating with consultants, contractors and authorities to ensure safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Trained in Engineering, Architecture, Building, Facilities Management, Project Management or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in infrastructure, engineering, utilities, construction, fit-out or workplace transformation projects.
• Experience drafting tender specs, managing procurement, and administering contracts; GeBIZ experience is a plus.
• Strong PM, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in wastewater, utility infra, AV integration or major fit-out projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, procurement, implementation, commissioning and handover of WWTP project.
• Coordinate tender specs, procurement documents and tender evaluations.
• Oversee ancillary works, enabling works, utility diversions and interim measures.
• Manage consultants, contractors and vendors for timely delivery and compliance.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions, approvals and stakeholder engagements.
• Develop budgets, schedules, risk registers and governance frameworks.
