Job summary

UTAC in Singapore seeks an experienced Facilities/Project Manager to lead design reviews, tendering, and delivery of infrastructure, A&A, expansion, upgrading projects, and hookups.

You will oversee facilities operation including ACMV, Cleanroom, CDA, PCW, Vacuum, DI, Gases, Wastewater, Building Services, Fire Protection, BMS, Landscaping, and Janitorial, while driving cost-effective preventive maintenance and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a minimum of 8 years of relevant facilities/project management experience.
• Knowledge of facilities infrastructure capacity planning.
• Knowledge of semiconductor process and manufacturing systems.
• SCEM certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review design requirements of infrastructure/facilities systems.
• Lead design, tendering, construction, and delivery of A&A, expansion, upgrading projects, and hookups.
• Provide technical support for plasma dicing and gas systems.
• Oversee facilities operation including ACMV, Cleanroom, CDA, PCW, Vacuum, DI, Gases, Wastewater, Building Services, Fire Protection, BMS, Landscaping, and Janitorial.
• Plan and implement preventive/predictive maintenance programs for facilities systems for reliability and efficiency.
• Plan plant maintenance and manage resources during plant turnaround and annual shutdown.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Review system capacity and performance for continuous improvement.
• Manage inventories of spares, consumables, and other resources.
