Job summary

CAAS invites a dynamic professional to help shape the future of unmanned systems in Singapore. As part of the UTEP Division, you will develop the UAS ecosystem, collaborate with agencies and industry, and drive strategic initiatives to grow new business areas and ensure safe adoption.

You will engage stakeholders, manage accounts, coordinate with EDB/WSG/SSG, and promote public acceptance through roadshows and education programs, while exploring overseas partnerships.

Qualifications

• Passion for aviation and technology.
• Experience in business development, corporate planning or policy roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in roadmapping, account management, stakeholder engagement and event planning.
• Public sector experience is a plus.
• Experience in cross-functional and senior stakeholder engagement.
• A positive can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.

• Good ethics and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Monitor emerging trends in unmanned technologies and assess implications for CAAS.
• Coordinate with Singapore Government agencies to drive a vibrant UAS ecosystem.
• Manage key accounts and facilitate deployment of new use cases.
• Engage economic agencies to anchor unmanned systems in Singapore.
• Develop workforce transformation maps in collaboration with agencies.
• Partner educational and research institutes to advance capability development.
• Outreach to stakeholders and communities to promote public acceptance.
• Collaborate with industry bodies to shape standards and reference implementations.
• Engage international partners and participate in conferences to share best practices.
