Job summary

Association of Aerospace Industries (Singapore) (AAIS) is seeking a proactive professional to drive aerospace industry development and act as a focal point for Space and UAS communities. You will engage stakeholders, coordinate programmes, and strengthen industry participation.

Responsibilities include coordinating industry dialogues, gathering insights, and providing secretariat support for committees and working groups.

Qualifications

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in the aerospace, space and unmanned aviation sectors.
• Good stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Salary/appointment level will be determined by qualifications and experience; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of programmes and initiatives that enhance Singapore's aerospace sector growth.
• Engage industry stakeholders, government agencies, institutes of higher learning and research organisations to facilitate collaboration.
• Gather industry insights to identify challenges, opportunities and trends.
• Support industry development projects, capability-building programmes and workforce initiatives.
• Plan industry dialogues, workshops and stakeholder meetings; prepare briefing papers and materials.
• Provide secretariat support for committees and working groups and strengthen member engagement.
