Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Southeast Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Head of Business Development for UAS across APAC. The role leads a regional BD team, shapes the sales strategy, and drives bookings and revenue in a government and military context.

The candidate will coordinate with Programs, Operations and global UAS networks to ensure successful deliveries and market-winning offerings, while advancing market intelligence and strategic campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales & marketing experience in aerospace.
• Experience in drone operations, ideally in government or military.
• Strong understanding of UAS/Drone market, technologies and regulatory environment.
• Proven ability to lead across a highly matrixed, multi-country structure.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Discretion with sensitive information.
• Results-driven with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead UAS BD team across North Asia, SE Asia, ANZ.
• Manage sales funnel, bookings forecast, and targets.
• Collaborate with Programs and Operations to ensure deliveries meet standards.
• Develop market intelligence, track competitors.
• Create and coordinate strategic marketing campaigns.
• Provide accurate reports and KPI communications.
• Coach and mentor team for growth.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy.
• Interface with global UAS network.
• Negotiate customer requirements with delivery teams.
