Job summary

CAAS is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a portfolio of ground handlers and cargo operators in Singapore. You will shape industry development, engage stakeholders, and drive transformation plans to boost capacity and resilience across the air hub.

You will coordinate with CAAS and government agencies, tracking outcomes and providing insights to leadership. Leadership of junior officers is expected for the Senior Manager track.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in account management, industry development or business development.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ground handlers and cargo operators; build strong relationships.
• Develop and execute engagement strategies aligned with Singapore's air hub priorities.
• Partner to develop transformation plans improving capacity, productivity and resilience.
• Support capacity, infrastructure, manpower, sustainability and innovation priorities across CAAS and agencies.
• Lead sector-wide initiatives requiring cross-company collaboration and governance.
• Provide management with insights on performance, risks and opportunities across the portfolio.
• Lead inter-agency workstreams and mentor junior officers; Senior Manager track.
