National Parks Board seeks an analytical Senior Manager to lead Total Rewards, Organization Design and Job Evaluation. You will translate strategic transformation plans into robust salary frameworks, job grading schemes, and equitable reward models aligned with public service norms.

Working with HR and divisional leaders, you will map workflows, redesign roles impacted by technology and AI, and communicate total rewards strategies to staff and leadership to support smooth structural transitions.

Formación

• Experience in compensation and benefits design.
• Experience in job evaluation and organization design.
• Proficiency with data analytics and BI tools to translate data into insights.

Responsabilidades

• Lead compensation and benefits alignment for redesigned roles.
• Review organization structures, spans of control and accountability.
• Redesign jobs and translate them into robust job evaluation evidence.
• Communicate total rewards philosophy and salary frameworks to staff and leadership.
