Job summary

Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) in Singapore seeks a senior program leader to support NSAS capabilities, including space constellation and ground segments. You will drive capability roadmaps, coordinate multi-disciplinary delivery, and translate research into fielded systems for government and partners.

You will collaborate across industry, space agencies, labs, and international partners, applying systems engineering to ensure seamless integration of space, payload, and ground components.

Qualifications

• Experience in capability or programme development.
• Experience with space systems advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year capability roadmaps aligned with MTI/NSAS mission and national space policy.
• Plan and deliver the National Constellation and SSA/Space Traffic Management systems with coordinated workstreams.
• Translate R&D outcomes into operational capabilities using systems engineering principles and integrate space, payload and ground segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry, space agencies, national laboratories and government stakeholders; support international capability-sharing initiatives.
