Job summary

Ministry of Trade and Industry (Singapore) seeks a senior strategist to shape and execute Singapore's space industry development. You will lead programme development, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and contribute to industry planning within the Industry Development team.

The role requires deep policy and strategy expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to drive cross-agency initiatives to advance Singapore's space ecosystem.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in strategy, public policy, industry development, business development, consulting, or relevant technology sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead research initiatives to support long-term strategies for Singapore's space industry and space-enabled markets.
• Conduct market intelligence across the global space value chain and industry & market development.
• Develop and implement programmes that attract and grow space companies to strengthen Singapore's linkages to the global space value chain.
• Connect space companies with end-user industries to accelerate adoption of space-enabled technologies across sectors such as supply chain, finance, sustainability, commodities.
• Build and manage partnerships with multinationals, startups, venture capital firms, research institutions, and industry partners.
