Job summary

Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) in Singapore seeks an individual contributor in the Resourcing and Ecosystem (RE) Division to advance policy and program strategy for the social service sector.

You will work on governance of funding, evaluation, technology adoption, and partnerships, with emphasis on evidence-based policy and cross-sector collaboration to enhance social outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated systems-thinking, initiative and accountability in public policy or social sector work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across government, non-profits and partners.

Responsibilities

• Govern and administer funding to the social service sector.
• Develop strategy and implementation plans for impact measurement and evaluation.
• Develop strategy and implementation plans for technology adoption within the sector.
• Evaluate philanthropic giving and social impact investing models and trends.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with other social service stakeholders.
