Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in partnership management, stakeholder engagement, or a similar role; those with no experience but possessing relevant competencies can apply.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organisational goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in program or project management with ability to identify and solve complex problems.
• Analytical and strategic thinking to devise practical solutions to work issues.
• Project and resource management skills for handling concurrent work and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• Deep understanding of SWDA and Career Health initiatives and Singapore job market.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in line with company values.
• Proactive, innovative thinker passionate about SWDA and Career Health movements.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Development and Implementation: Formulate and implement actionable plans to cultivate a dynamic SWDA ecosystem that aids enterprises in upskilling initiatives.
• Competency: Strategic Thinking and Planning.
• Solutioning: Contribute to development and implementation of schemes to support enterprises in upskilling employees; build intermediaries' capability to promote SWDA adoption.
• Enterprise Engagement: Account-manage intermediaries to boost SWDA awareness and adoption among SMEs; engage in events and forums.
• Operations: Maintain an effective feedback loop with stakeholders, ensuring timely reporting and data sharing for program development.
