SSG SkillsFuture Singapore seeks a Manager/Senior Manager to drive a vibrant SWDA ecosystem, supporting enterprises in upskilling as part of business strategy. You will develop schemes, engage with enterprises and intermediaries, and promote continuous learning in line with our organisation’s mission.

The role requires strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and program execution to deliver measurable outcomes within Singapore's job market and public service context.

Competenze

• Experience in partnership management or stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organisational goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
