Job summary

Sciente International Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a meticulous Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering Salesforce Loyalty, Marketing, E-Commerce, or other COTS CRM implementations. You will front all projects and oversee end-to-end management—from initiation and PoC to deployment and system support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant IT/financial field as listed.
• 8+ years of Project Management experience with IT application development projects.
• 4+ years designing and implementing Salesforce Loyalty, Marketing, E-Commerce or other COTS CRM software.
• Hands-on experience in Waterfall and Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Deep understanding of SFDC concepts and practices.
• Strong technical foundation in SFDC integration.
• Experience in proposal preparation, vendor evaluation and management.
• Ability to engage with business users, senior management, IT teams and external vendors.
• Experience with project plans, milestones, budgets, resources and timelines.
• Ability to multitask and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Excellent analytical and planning capabilities; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Salesforce projects, enhancements and support.

• Prepare/manage work plans, schedules, budgets, resources and status reports.
• Ensure consistency and quality through PM best practices; review requirements with stakeholders.

Job Summary

Seeking a meticulous and driven Senior Project Manager with proven track record in successful applications project implementation in the area of Salesforce Loyalty, Marketing, E-Commerce, or other Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) CRM software.

Fronting all projects, he/she will be responsible for end-to-end project management from the project initiation, justification, Proof-of-Concept (POC), evaluation, software development, testing, deployment as well as the system support.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Financial Engineering;
• Has at least 8 years of Project Management experience with IT application development projects;
• Minimum of 4+ years ofdesigning and implementing SalesforceLoyalty, Marketing, E-Commerce, or other Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) CRM software;
• Extensive hands-on experience working in both Waterfall and Agile environments, including practical familiarity with Scrum, Kanban;
• Deep understanding of Sales Force Dot Com (SFDC) Concepts and Practices;
• Strong technical foundation in integration components for SFDC and Sales Force Cloud Implementation;
• Prior experience in proposal preparation, vendors evaluation, selection and management;
• Proven ability to interact with various business users, senior management, IT teams and external vendors effectively;
• Experience in project plans, milestones, measures, budgets, resource and time management;
• Ability to multitask effectively and deliver working solutions on a tight schedule and fast-paced environment;
• Drives team work to resolve complex business issues through sharing in-depth knowledge and experience;
• Excellent leadership skills and emotional intelligence to influence key decisions, mediate conflicts and build consensus;

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end Salesforceprojects, enhancement, support;
• Work with stakeholders of all levels on project initiation and delivery;
• Prepare/manage work plans, schedules, project estimates/budget, resource plans and status reports on a regular basis;
• Drives implementation consistency and quality through execution of project management best practices;Review project documentations based on requirements agreed with stakeholders;
• Conducts meetings to communicate expectations, project roles, status updates, track open issues, and work with all groups and clients to resolve issues as required;
• Facilitate the annual project prioritization process & regular project tracking against process & planning;
• Perform vendor management, ensuring their deliverables adhere to project schedule and standards;
• Ensures handed over to Support team is done in accordance to procedure in placed.
