Procurement & Contracts Division protects the interests of MOHH and its employees by ensuring that all purchases and contracts comply with and adhere to established rules.
The Procurement Team provides central support for the procurement of goods and services for MOHH Divisions including variations to established contracts. It safeguards the integrity of MOHH’s procurement process by ensuring that every procurement fulfils the three key principles of transparency, open and fair competition as well as value for money.
The Contracts Team manages the procurement and contract administration of public healthcare infrastructure projects on behalf of MOH, in strict adherence to Government Procurement rules. It safeguards MOH’s interests by ensuring that the Ministry’s procurement of public healthcare infrastructure projects fulfils the three key principles of transparency, open and fair competition as well as value for money.
