Qualifications

• At least 8 - 10 years of experience in experience design, service design, and product management.
• Experience in leading and developing multidisciplinary design or product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization level experience strategy across talent attraction and employee engagement.
• Drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and enhance employer brand.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align experience initiatives with organization priorities.
