Job summary

NTU Singapore's College of Engineering seeks a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for Undergraduate Outreach, Admissions and Scholarships to lead recruitment, outreach, promotion, digital media and engagement strategies targeting prospective undergraduates.

You will collaborate with Engineering Schools to align recruitment plans, engage with schools, alumni and industry partners, and drive data-driven improvements across campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• Recognised university degree in any discipline.
• Experience in outreach, recruitment or student engagement in higher education preferred.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and lead undergraduate recruitment and outreach strategies to achieve College objectives.
• Create UG marketing materials and manage social media plans for recruitment campaigns.
• Coordinate updates to CoE website and intranet pages.
• Manage collateral inventory, photoshoots, and external vendors.
• Support outreach programmes to local and international students.
• Conduct post-event analytics to improve campaigns.
• Build relationships with schools, alumni, and industry partners.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects for the Office.
