Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations to lead large-scale contract logistics, inventory management and continuous improvement initiatives. You will drive safety, productivity and process optimization while overseeing KPI performance and stakeholder engagement.

The role focuses on managing inbound/outbound activities, inventory accuracy and staff development in a fast-paced environment at Megahub Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of contract logistics leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale warehouse operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations and operational processes.
• Experience with SAP or warehouse management systems is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in continuous improvement initiatives, data analytics and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee raw materials, inventory control and ship kits operations to ensure smooth daily fulfilment.
• Manage inbound receiving, put-away and outbound activities to meet customer requirements and agreed KPI targets.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through effective inventory control processes, cycle counts and inventory integrity management.
• Monitor operational performance, productivity targets and monthly KPI measurements.
• Lead customer engagement activities including scorecard reviews, quality meetings and operational discussions.
• Drive continuous improvement projects focusing on safety enhancement, automation, process optimization, quality improvements and productivity gains.
• Manage warehouse operations, facilities upkeep and coordination with external vendors.
• Lead manpower planning, staff training, coaching and development initiatives.
• Review and maintain SOPs, work instructions and operational standards.
• Support project implementation, data analysis and operational improvement initiatives.
• Manage stakeholders across internal teams and customers to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Description

The Senior Manager, Project is responsible for leading large-scale contract logistics operations, inventory management and continuous improvement initiatives. The role oversees operational performance, customer engagement, inventory accuracy, safety compliance and project execution while driving productivity, process optimization and business improvements.
