Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Manager, Operations in Singapore's Changi North area. You will lead warehouse operations, drive performance and shape the operational strategy to meet contract commitments.

The role requires 5–8 years of managerial experience in contract logistics, P&L and budgets, and proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for analytics. You will manage large teams while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• 5-8 years' managerial experience within contract logistics.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets and large multi-functional teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with customer-facing and SLA management.
• Proficient in Power BI or Tableau with analytical skills.
