Job summary

Eastspring Investments in Singapore is seeking a Manager for Middle Office Oversight to lead governance of end-to-end middle office activities. You will work with outsourced providers, monitor service performance, and drive control enhancements across asset classes.

The role emphasizes escalation management, process improvement, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate post-trade operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of experience within the asset management industry, preferably in a middle office, operations, or oversight role.
• Strong operational expertise across asset management activities.
• Good working knowledge of multiple asset classes, including Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Rates, FX Forwards, and Money Market.
• Experience with Aladdin or similar front-to-back investment platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to Middle Office service providers across all asset classes for transaction management and reconciliations.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and delivery commitments; escalate issues affecting service quality.
• Conduct regular service reviews and prepare performance scorecards for senior management.
• Coordinate with custodians, brokers, and service providers to resolve trade-related issues.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, control, and risk management.
