Revamp Hair (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced, commercially driven professional with a medical/healthcare background to drive business development and expansion within medical, healthcare and wellness sectors in Singapore.

You will leverage medical knowledge, industry experience and business acumen to identify opportunities, shape healthcare-related initiatives, and build strategic partnerships to support the Group's growth.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven professional with a strong medical or healthcare background to support the Group's business development and expansion within the medical, healthcare and wellness industries.

The successful candidate will leverage their medical knowledge, industry experience and business acumen to identify new opportunities, contribute to healthcare-related product and service development, establish strategic partnerships and support the Group's business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify market trends, industry developments and business opportunities within the medical, healthcare and wellness sectors.

• Explore and recommend new healthcare-related business concepts, services and development initiatives.

• Provide medical, scientific and technical insights to support the Group's existing R&D team in product research, evaluation and development.

• Contribute ideas and recommendations on product concepts, ingredients, formulations and emerging healthcare technologies based on relevant knowledge and scientific evidence.

• Support the development and enhancement of healthcare-related products, services and business initiatives.

• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant industry professionals, healthcare organisations, manufacturers, suppliers and potential business partners.

• Conduct market research, feasibility assessments and industry analysis to support business planning and decision-making.

• Develop and conduct internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions on relevant medical, healthcare, wellness and product-related topics.

• Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to support the implementation of business initiatives.

• Participate in local and overseas business visits, meetings and industry events to explore opportunities and develop business relationships.

Job Requirements

• Relevant medical, healthcare or biomedical education, with substantial industry experience.

• Strong understanding of the medical, healthcare, wellness and related product industries.

• Experience in healthcare business development, product development, research or related commercial activities.

• Strong business acumen and ability to identify and evaluate business opportunities.

• Established industry networks and experience in developing strategic partnerships would be an advantage.

• Good analytical, research, presentation and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Self-motivated, resourceful and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.

• Willingness and ability to travel locally and overseas frequently as required by business needs.
