Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. in Tampines, Singapore, is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to lead Line Leaders and Operators on a high-tech, high-volume production line.

You will drive daily targets for production, quality, productivity and yield while coordinating with other departments on projects and preventive maintenance in a fab. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field, a willingness to work 12-hour permanent night shifts (8PM–8AM), and experience in semiconductor

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Science, Production, or related field.
• Willingness to work 12-hour permanent night shifts (8PM–8AM).
• Experience in high-tech or high-volume manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Line Leaders and Operators to achieve daily production, quality, productivity and yield targets.
• Conduct daily shift handovers and escalate production or line issues as needed.
• Manage manpower, overtime and consumables planning to support production needs.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures, safety standards, discipline and housekeeping.
• Provide training and coaching to Line Leaders and Operators to improve performance.
• Drive process improvements and error-prevention initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments on projects, evaluations and preventive maintenance within the fab.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading Line Leaders and Operators to achieve daily production, quality, productivity, and yield targets.

• Conducting daily shift handovers and escalating production or line issues when required.

• Managing manpower, overtime, and consumables planning to support production needs.

• Ensuring compliance with manufacturing procedures, safety standards, discipline, and housekeeping.

• Providing training and coaching to Line Leaders and Operators to improve performance.

• Driving process improvements and error-prevention initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

• Coordinating with other departments on projects, evaluations, and preventive maintenance activities within the fab.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Science, Production, or related field.

• Willing to work 12-hour permanent shifts, including permanent night shift.

• Experience in high-tech or high-volume manufacturing is preferred.
