Singapore General Hospital Pte Ltd. is seeking a dynamic leader to head the Endoscopy Management Unit.

You will drive patient-centered service delivery, optimise resources, and oversee strategic initiatives across operations and digital transformation. With 8–10 years in healthcare operations and 2–4 years in management, you will guide KPI monitoring, quality improvement, and cross-functional change across clinical, nursing, and administrative teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of healthcare or operations management experience, including 2–4 years in a managerial role.
• Strong experience in healthcare operations, performance management, quality improvement, and project management.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and drive organisational change across multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Endoscopy Management Unit to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered service delivery.
• Drive strategic planning, operational excellence, and performance management initiatives across endoscopy services.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse operational data, and develop management reports for decision-making.
• Lead quality improvement, patient safety, and service transformation projects.
• Partner with clinical, nursing, and administrative stakeholders to optimise workflows and resource utilisation.
• Oversee organisational and digital transformation initiatives, including enterprise system projects.
• Oversee manpower planning, budgeting, and governance activities.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and cross-functional collaboration to achieve goals.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clinical, nursing, and administrative stakeholders to drive service improvements, optimise resources, and enhance patient outcomes across the Endoscopy Management Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Endoscopy Management Unit to ensure efficient, safe, and patient-centered service delivery.
• Drive strategic planning, operational excellence, and performance management initiatives across endoscopy services.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse operational data, and develop management reports to support decision-making.
• Lead quality improvement, patient safety, and service transformation projects to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Partner with clinical, nursing, and administrative stakeholders to optimise workflows and resource utilisation.
• Manage and implement organisational and digital transformation initiatives, including enterprise system projects.
• Oversee manpower planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and operational governance activities.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and support cross-functional collaboration to achieve organisational goals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
