Job summary

A*STAR is seeking a resourceful professional to join the AIR Group's Digitalisation Team in Singapore. You will drive digital transformation, shape enterprise systems strategy, and deliver technology-enabled improvements across AIR's business units.

You will own ERP platforms and related systems, work with senior stakeholders, and lead process redesign and automation initiatives while ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience managing ERP platforms including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA and Reimburse.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Systems Management.
• Manage system implementation and enhancements from gathering requirements to deployment and transition.
• Monitor timelines, risks, issues and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as liaison between business users, ITSS, vendors and stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, solution reviews and evaluation of technical proposals.
• Coordinate testing: system, interface, integration and user acceptance testing.
• Support data migration, data quality validation and business rules.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and issue resolution across stakeholders for system reliability.
• Support reporting, dashboards, governance, audits, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs and knowledge resources.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members.

The successful candidate will join AIR Group's Digitalisation Team to drive digital transformation initiatives, shape enterprise systems strategy, and deliver technology-enabled improvements across AIR's business units. This role combines systems ownership, business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and process innovation, offering opportunities to work with senior stakeholders and influence organisation-wide digitalisation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Systems Management
• Manage system implementation and enhancement initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment and operational transition.
• Monitor implementation timelines, risks, issues and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of system enhancements.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users, ITSS, vendors and other stakeholders to support successful delivery of system enhancements.
• Facilitate business requirements workshops, solution reviews and evaluation of technical proposals.
• Coordinate testing activities, including system, interface, integration and user acceptance testing.
• Support system integrations, data migration activities and validation of data quality and business rules.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and issue resolution across stakeholders to ensure system reliability and continuous improvement.
• Support reporting, dashboard, governance, audit, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures and knowledge resources.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members to build capabilities and support effective delivery of work.

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements for system enhancements and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience in managing and supporting ERP platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA and Reimburse.
