Qualifications
- Diploma in IT, CS, IS, or related discipline.
- Experience in digitalisation, automation, application development, or business systems.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint Online.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or SQL.
- Good understanding of data integration, automation workflows, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
- Self-driven, innovative, and passionate about leveraging technology to solve business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement digital solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain applications, workflows, and automations using Power Apps, Power Automate, and other technologies.
- Build dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Power BI.
- Develop and manage SharePoint Online sites, forms, workflows, and collaboration solutions.
- Perform data integration, migration, cleansing, validation, and automation across multiple systems and platforms.
- Explore and implement AI, Generative AI, OCR, and other emerging technologies to enhance business outcomes.
- Develop scripts and integrations using technologies such as Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or equivalent.
- Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solution recommendations, deliver projects, and support user adoption.
