MOM’s Work Pass Division (WPD) is modernising its Work Permit (WP) eServices (known as WINS-WP) to deliver reliable, adaptive, and user-friendly eServices that streamlines WP transactions for our customers. The WINS‑WP Policy & Planning Office (WPPO) drives this modernisation effort through formulating a transformation roadmap, conducting thorough business process reviews (BPRs), and driving change management. As a member of the WPPO team, you will play a key role in shaping and transforming the service delivery of Singapore’s Work Permit policies. Working at the intersection of policy, operations and systems, you will lead complex business process reviews and ground‑up policy reviews to support the development of the WINS‑WP system. You will also conduct engagements and prepare communications materials to ensure that users are well‑equipped to navigate the changes. This role is critical in ensuring that WP workflows are robust, future‑ready and user‑centric, while remaining aligned with policy intent and operational realities.
