Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced NPO Product Manager (HBM) in Singapore to drive early lifecycle plans for new high-bandwidth memory products.

You will align supply chain, manufacturing, and enterprise systems to ensure smooth ramp and transition to high-volume manufacturing, while delivering on schedule and quality targets. You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement and Business Units; drive risk assessment, BOM governance, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in NPI / Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Operations, preferably semiconductors.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement and Business Units.
• Deep expertise in end-to-end semiconductor supply chain and NPI processes.
• Experience with BOM governance, Enterprise Master Data and BRR.
• Program management and systems capability with SAP, Kinaxis and planning tools.
• Proficient in data analytics, reporting, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Be the Operations liaison in HBM PDTs driving supply chain, manufacturing, procurement and logistics.
• Participate early in PLM to address manufacturing operations and enterprise system concerns.
• Maintain schedules for ramp and transition to HVM with on-time milestones.
• Oversee sample processes to ensure delivery meets specs and customer expectations.
• Ensure BOM compliance with DfSC and BRR; facilitate risk reviews and sourcing assessments.
• Secure silicon and capacity; enable enterprise systems and manage priorities.
• Provide weekly status reports to identify and mitigate operations risks on HBM programs.
