Job summary

Morrisonexpress is seeking a Supply Chain Security Manager to provide global leadership across transport security, client compliance, and risk management. The role oversees security programs, investigations, and adherence to enterprise security requirements within an asset-light international freight forwarding framework.

You will establish consistent security standards across our partner network and support regional growth across APAC, ensuring margins are protected and operations remain

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain security, transportation risk management, or logistics compliance.
• 3–5 years in a direct leadership role, managing regional/remote teams across geographies.
• Direct experience in international freight forwarding or 3PL operations; asset-light experience preferred.
• Experience leading complex, multi-jurisdictional investigations with law enforcement and insurers.

Responsibilities

• Provide global leadership to a regional security management team and set performance KPIs.
• Establish and enforce global security policies, risk frameworks, and governance standards.
• Direct global transport security programs and certifications (e.g., TAPA, C-TPAT, AEO).
• Serve as the global security point of contact for key accounts, guiding audits and contract SLAs.
• Oversee major investigations into cargo theft, fraud, and security breaches; coordinate with law enforcement and insurers.
