S. F. EXPRESS (SINGAPORE) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Supply Chain Security Specialist to strengthen physical and operational security across regional freight forwarding, transport and distribution centre operations.

The role translates customer, company and regulatory requirements into practical controls and partners with operations, commercial teams and service providers. The candidate will lead risk assessments, audits and supplier reviews, monitor security KPIs, coordinate incident

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain security, physical security, loss prevention, HSSE, compliance or risk management within logistics or express
• Practical knowledge of warehouse and transport operations, cargo-handling controls, CCTV and intrusion detection
• Working knowledge of security frameworks such as TAPA FSR/TSR, AEO, C-TPAT or ISO 28000 is advantageous
• Strong written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency is essential for regional engagement

Responsibilities

• Implement regional security governance across sites and transport activities.
• Conduct site, route, project and supplier security risk assessments and recommend controls.
• Plan and perform security audits, inspections and supplier reviews; document findings and actions.
• Monitor security KPIs and trends; lead root-cause analysis and mitigation actions.
• Coordinate initial response to security incidents and ensure lessons learned are embedded.
• Act as security contact for customers and stakeholders and translate requirements into standards.
• Assess security requirements for new customers and facilities and support readiness reviews.
• Develop and deliver role-based training and promote a proactive security culture.
• Identify opportunities to improve control effectiveness, process efficiency and data quality.
