Qualifications

• Experience in logistics security, transportation risk, and high-value shipment programs.
• Ability to analyze shipment risk data and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience with vendor evaluations, statements of work, service levels, and scorecards.
• Knowledge of TAPA FSR/TSR, CTPAT, and incident response disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for high-value logistics security controls across global lanes and providers.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a risk-based security framework for shipments.
• Define baseline and enhanced security requirements for carriers and providers.
• Embed security requirements into carrier contracts, SOPs, and supplier performance expectations.
• Evaluate security technologies (tracking, geofencing, tamper detection) for architecture fit.
• Manage vendor evaluations, pilots, and implementation activities.
