SMR EXPRESS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize the company’s supply chain operations across transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution.

You will lead a team, drive continuous improvements, manage budgets, and ensure on-time, cost-efficient delivery while complying with safety and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize logistics operations and supply chain processes
• Coordinate transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution activities
• Monitor shipping schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners
• Negotiate transportation rates and service agreements
• Track inventory levels and implement inventory control procedures
• Analyze logistics performance metrics and identify process improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, customs requirements, and company policies
• Manage logistics budgets and control operational costs
• Lead and supervise logistics staff, warehouse teams, and coordinators
• Resolve shipping delays, transportation issues, and customer complaints
• Implement logistics software systems and reporting tools
• Prepare operational reports and forecasts for senior management
