Job summary

Health Promotion Board in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Manager/Senior Manager to support the planning, implementation, and scale-up of pre-frail programmes for seniors. The role focuses on strengthening community-based preventive health efforts, connecting seniors to lifestyle programmes, and upstream interventions to delay frailty.

• Experience in planning and delivering community health programmes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of frailty prevention programmes.
• Plan and coordinate programme schedules, resources, and deployment at scale.
• Ensure operational readiness and consistency across all programme runs.
• Manage vendors, service providers, and delivery partners for quality and compliance.
• Strengthen partnerships to expand reach, especially to inactive and at-risk seniors.
