Job summary

Health Promotion Board in Singapore seeks a Manager/Senior Manager to lead planning, implementation and scaling of pre-frail programmes, focusing on strengthening senior health through community-based activities.

You will coordinate with healthcare clusters, AACs and partners to deliver scalable programmes that maintain strength, balance and mobility, while using data to inform ongoing improvements and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate programme schedules, resources, and deployment at scale.
• Ensure operational readiness and consistency across programme runs.
• Manage vendors and partners to ensure quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with community partners to recruit participants.
• Strengthen partnerships to extend reach to inactive and at‑risk seniors.
• Implement safety protocols for high-risk seniors and conduct audits.
• Oversee participant feedback and customer care processes.
• Drive scale-up of programmes and use ground insights to improve design.
