Proven ability to lead strategic projects from inception to delivery.
Strong market knowledge of Singapore FS landscape and regulations.
Demonstrated client development and relationship management.
Entrepreneurial mindset with focus on growth and partnership.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver strategic consulting engagements for banking and insurance clients.
Manage end-to-end project delivery: scoping, planning, execution, stakeholders.
Mentor junior consultants and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities in FS.
Develop persuasive proposals and win new business.
