Qualificações

• 5–8 years in a top consulting firm with a track record in financial services projects.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow the business.
• Deep knowledge of the Singapore financial services market and regulatory landscape.
• Proven ability to lead complex consulting projects from inception to delivery.
• Proven ability to prospect, acquire, and build client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic consulting engagements for banking and insurance clients and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery including scoping, planning, execution and stakeholder management.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants to foster learning and excellence.
