Job summary

Sia Partners Singapore is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to lead transformative consulting engagements in the Financial Services sector. You will manage end-to-end delivery, mentor junior consultants, and drive business development to grow the local practice.

With a strong track record of delivery and credibility, you will shape client transformations, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and contribute to thought leadership while pursuing the partnership track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in financial services
• 3-4 Years of consulting experience
• In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry (Wealth & Asset Management, Asset Servicing, Corporate & Investment Banking etc.)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
• Demonstrated ability to make decisive, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic consulting engagements for clients in the banking and insurance sectors, delivering high-quality solutions that address complex business challenges.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, planning, execution, and stakeholder management, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the team.
• Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the financial services industry.
• Develop and present compelling proposals, leveraging Sia Partners' methodologies and expertise to win new business.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, positioning Sia Partners as a strategic partner in clients' transformation journeys.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to provide informed insights and recommendations to clients.
• Contribute to Sia Partners' knowledge base by developing thought leadership content, including white papers, case studies, and articles.
