Sia Partners is seeking a Senior Manager in Singapore to lead transformative projects within Financial Services. Ideal candidate has 5–8 years in top consulting, deep FS market expertise, and proven delivery and client acquisition capability in Singapore.

Qualifications

Big 4 Consulting Experience: 5–8 years in a top firm delivering strategic projects in FS
Entrepreneurial Mindset: drive growth and leadership
Market Expertise: Singapore FS landscape and key players
Proven Track Record in Project Delivery: end-to-end leadership
Proven Track Record in Client Acquisition: networking and proposals

Responsibilities

Lead and execute strategic consulting engagements for banking and insurance clients
Manage end-to-end project delivery: scoping, planning, execution, stakeholders
Mentor and develop junior consultants
Drive business growth by identifying opportunities in FS
Develop and present compelling proposals to win new work
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and secure partnerships
Stay abreast of industry trends and contribute insights
Represent Sia Partners at events and forums
Deliver thought leadership content and knowledge sharing
Help build the FS consulting business toward partnership
