Advanced Energy in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager, Finance Excellence to lead our Global Operations Finance modernization journey, standardizing processes, driving automation, and enabling a data-driven organization.

You will partner with Finance, Operations, Shared Services, IT, and Digital teams to identify improvement opportunities, implement automation solutions, and establish best-in-class finance processes that strengthen controls and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Experience leading finance transformation programs.
• Experience in multinational corporations (MNCs).
• Exposure to global operations finance.
• Leading cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, Operations, and Shared Services.
• Experience implementing process improvement initiatives that deliver measurable cost savings or productivity gains.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Operations Finance transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Drive process excellence through standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using digital tools, analytics, AI, and workflow technologies.
• Partner with Finance and technology teams to optimize end-to-end finance processes.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to measure process effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional projects and manage a portfolio of improvement initiatives.
• Ensure process changes maintain strong governance, compliance, and internal controls.
• Drive organizational change management and adoption of new technologies and ways of working.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, Finance Excellence to lead our Global Operations Finance modernization journey. This role will drive finance transformation through process standardization, automation, digital innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, and improve business decision-making.

The successful candidate will partner across Finance, Operations, Shared Services, IT, and Digital teams to identify improvement opportunities, implement automation solutions, and establish best-in-class finance processes that enable a scalable and data-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Global Operations Finance transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Drive process excellence through standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using digital tools, analytics, AI, and workflow technologies.
• Partner with Finance and technology teams to optimize end-to-end finance processes.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Works in a standard office environment and uses office equipment (telephone, PC, copier, fax machine, etc.).

EXPERIENCE

10-15+ years of progressive finance experience

Experience leading finance transformation programs

Experience in multinational corporations (MNCs)

Exposure to global operations finance

Leading cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, Operations, and Shared Services

Experience implementing process improvement initiatives that deliver measurable cost savings or productivity gains

• ERP implementation or transformation projects:

• Manufacturing, supply chain, or operations finance experience

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related courses.
