Job summary

i squared asia advisors pte. ltd. is seeking a senior finance professional to independently review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple entities. You will prepare management reports, ad-hoc analyses, and reconciliations to support strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with platform finance teams and external auditors during reporting cycles and ensure timely, accurate deliverables, while overseeing group-level finance maintenance and governance across entities.

Qualifications

• CA qualification with 6–10 years post-qualification experience in finance and controllership.
• Strong background in financial reporting, reconciliations, and management reporting.
• Ability to manage end-to-end finance deliverables independently while guiding team members.
• Good understanding of private equity fund structures, including co-investments and capital flows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-starting mindset with ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across internal and external teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and global business priorities.

Job Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 6 –10 years of relevant post-qualification experience n finance, accounting, and controllership roles.


• Strong foundation in financial reporting, reconciliations, and management reporting, with the ability to review and ensure accuracy of financial statements.


• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end finance deliverables and drive outcomes independently while guiding team members.


• Good understanding of private equity fund structures, including co-investments, capital drawdowns, distributions, and related fund finance operations.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders across finance, tax, legal, and investment teams.
