Job summary

ESG GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the group accounting function, compile financial data, and prepare reports to monitor the company’s financial health. You will drive month-end close, audits, tax filings, and ensure strict controls and timely reporting while guiding a small finance team.

You will report to the Group CFO and oversee the department, ensuring compliance and effective stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, group consolidation, tax and audit etc, preferably 1-2 years in a managing small teams (e.g. 2-5 persons)
• Strong knowledge of IFRS (preferred) and SFRS and accounting for financial instruments and products
• Exposure in financial services preferred
• Proficient in financial reporting and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
