Job summary

Mentor Supply Chain Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager (Corporate Reporting) to lead consolidation, reporting, and analysis for management, statutory, and group reporting.

The role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with IFRS and corporate policies while coordinating with cross-functional teams. You will support budgeting and forecasting cycles, liaise with auditors, and drive process improvements across ERP and reporting tools, including SQL-based data

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma pursuing Professional certification/ACCA/CA in Accountancy.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong financial expertise with solid governance and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual management/corporate reports in accordance with group reporting requirements and accounting standards.
  • Supports consolidation of financial results from all subsidiaries and branches and ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across submissions.
  • Review subsidiaries and branches submission of financial reports and uploaded data in group reporting software and ensure classification and amount are correctly reported.
  • Analyse financial results, variances, and trends, providing commentary and insights for management decision making.
  • Upload, patch and reconcile sales in SQL to support BI reporting for Top Customers reporting and sales performance tracking.
  • Support the preparation of statutory financial statements and liaise with auditors during interim and year end audits.
  • Maintain strong internal controls over financial reporting and ensure adherence to corporate governance requirements.
  • Coordinate and review Internal Control Questionnaires from all sites and ensure accurate and consistent responses for all sites.
  • Implement improvements to reporting templates, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, company accounting policies, and regulatory reporting obligations.
  • Prepare schedules, disclosures, and supporting documents for group consolidation and statutory filings.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams (e.g., Operations, Procurement, HR) to verify financial data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term business plans.
  • Support system enhancement projects, including ERP upgrades, reporting tools, and process automation initiatives.
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and management analyses promptly and professionally.
  • Guide finance staff in financial reporting tasks, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and compliance.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties / projects which may be required from time to time.

Job Summary:
