Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a Senior Executive/Manager to oversee the development and implementation of signature Executive Programmes for Asatizah and religious leaders at SCIS, coordinating with MUIS, PERGAS, and industry partners for content design and delivery.

You will drive evaluation, continuous refinement, and engagement across government agencies and religious organisations, ensuring effective governance, reporting, and administration, including budgeting, trainer

Responsibilities

Develop long-term plans for Executive Programmes (EPs) and lead from concept to implementation and review.
Engage MUIS, PERGAS, Skills and Workforce Development Agency, and industries for environmental scanning and content design.
Coordinate evaluation of EPs for continuous improvement and inform programme decisions.
Collaborate with SCIS and MUIS to support holistic Asatizah development and disseminate content.
Oversee administrative running of programmes, including night sessions and budgeting.
Coordinate trainers' recruitment and onboarding, and manage programme budgets and reporting.
